Admission Requirements
1. Personal Identity & Age Limit
Valid Identification: National ID Card (KTP), Driver's License (SIM), or other legally recognized forms of identification (Minimum 18 years of age).
Birth Certificate: Official Birth Certificate or legalized letter of birth recognition.
2. Sea Service Experience
Pre-2012 Experience: Recognized sea service of at least 24 (twenty-four) months within the 5 (five) years preceding January 1, 2012, serving as an Electrician on vessels powered by main propulsion machinery of 750 kW or more, verified by an official Certificate of Sea Service.
ETR Qualification: Possession of a valid Electro-Technical Rating (ETR) Certificate with a proven 24 months of sea service acting as an Electro Rating or Ship Electrician.
3. Medical & Health Standards
DGST Approved Medical: A valid Seafarer Medical Certificate issued by a medical institution or hospital officially approved by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DGST).
BP3IP Specific Clearance: An official Medical Certificate declaring the applicant Drug-Free and Non-Color Blind, issued directly by the BP3IP Main Clinic.
4. Mandatory STCW Short Courses
Applicants must hold valid, original copies of the following proficiency certificates:
