Organizational History
The history of this organization began with the formation of a WhatsApp Social Media Group on September 11, 2016. It was initiated by a collective of seafarers sharing the same profession—Electro Technical Officers and Ship Electricians—who actively exchanged information regarding technological advancements and maritime regulations.
Driven by shared interests and a unified mindset, we agreed to elevate our community into a legally incorporated organization. This journey commenced with our first National Deliberation (Munas) on December 18, 2016. Conducted through a direct and virtual system, we successfully elected legitimate, aspirational leaders.
Today, this organization stands as the realization of our members' desires. It serves as a foundational reference and a strategic step toward administrative order and official guidance from relevant authorities, aiming to harmonize organizational progress based on three core principles:
Unification
Every member must prioritize unity and integrity, regardless of race, ethnicity, skin color, or religion.
Professionalism
Members must understand and execute their expertise professionally and responsibly, maintaining political neutrality.
Achievement
We are dedicated to improving personal and organizational achievements to project a positive image nationally and internationally.
