ETR & Sea Service Requirement
Electro Technical Rating (ETR) Certificate with 24 months of sea service as an Electro Rating / Electrician;
OR
Sea Service Letter as an ETR / Electrician from the Harbour Master (Syahbandar) for a minimum of 24 months within the last 5 years, on vessels with a main propulsion engine of at least 750 KW.
